the inevitable cease-and-desist from The Tetris Company for various and sundry rights violations. Like the Scrabulous escapade, it will be interesting to see how this burgeoning feud between legal rights holders and rogue developers plays out in the gaming space. It is, more generally, just another variation of that same battleground where traditional and new media continue to face off.
